just to consider, set races get some sort of stat bonus or xp bonus, if they get the mastery crafting skill that is aligned with their race, (ie Giant-blacksmithing)
that can help to organize the towns as well if each race has a specialty

Second idea for a type of spell later
a knowledge sharing spell, because we discussed sharing knowledge in game but to stop people from being able to lie so easily if we have a spell in place it could help to stop the misinforming
